Privacy policy
We process as little data as possible, and only for the reason you give it to us. Here is exactly what we do.
Last updated: 6 November 2026
Who we are
Swivra is a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) in Amsterdam (Keurenplein 41 C4024, 1069 CD Amsterdam), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42212203. We are responsible for what happens to your data through this website. Questions? Email info@swivra.nl.
What data we process
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, and anything else you fill in, like your company, phone number, project type and budget.
- Inkseal waitlist: your email address and the language of the page.
- Email and WhatsApp: what you send us yourself.
- Visitor statistics: how often pages are viewed, without cookies and without tracking you across other websites.
Why we use that data
- To answer your question and, if you want, prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps towards a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to questions.
- To email you when Inkseal launches. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To see how the website is used and improve it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest.
How long we keep data
Messages that don't lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep your data for as long as the project needs it, and invoice records for 7 years, as Dutch law requires.
We keep your email address on the waitlist until we've emailed you about the launch of Inkseal.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. These services process data for us:
- Google Firebase: hosting this website and storing the forms. Forms are stored in the EU.
- Google Fraud Defense (reCAPTCHA): protecting the forms against spam and abuse. This only loads when you use a form.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: visitor statistics without cookies.
- Zoho: our email.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you send us a message on WhatsApp.
Some of these companies are based in the United States. If data leaves the EU, that happens with the safeguards the GDPR requires, like the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies for statistics or advertising. If you use a form, Google may store data in your browser to protect against spam.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. You can also ask us to restrict its use, object to its use, or ask for a copy of your data to take elsewhere. Email info@swivra.nl for any of this. We reply within a month.
Don't agree with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
This website uses an encrypted connection. Forms can only be sent, not read back: only we can see them.
Changes
If we change this privacy policy, the new version appears on this page.
